What is Equine Therapy?

Healing Through Connection

Equine assisted therapy is a powerful approach that harnesses the intuitive nature of horses to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Horses are naturally sensitive to human emotions and provide honest, non-judgmental feedback. Through structured activities and meaningful interactions they can help you develop self-awareness, gain confidence, and learn healthy coping strategies.

This gentle therapeutic approach can help with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and personal development.

How It Works

Equine therapy follows a gentle, supportive process designed around your unique needs. No horse-riding is involved and no need to be close or touch the horses if you prefer not to.

  1. Initial Contact: Get in touch for a friendly chat about your needs and what you hope to achieve.
  2. First Session: Meet the horses in a relaxed environment and begin building connection.
  3. Ongoing Support: Regular sessions tailored to your pace, focusing on your personal goals.
  4. Growth & Reflection: Develop new skills and insights that extend beyond the sessions.
